Professional Healthcare Staffing (PHS) is a state-licensed provider of skilled and other home health care services. We are dedicated to providing quality, compassionate care to all of our patients, as confirmed by our annual compliance reviews and patient satisfaction surveys. Our commitment to caring and professionalism is achieved through continuous staff education and quality review and improvement (CQI).

We are available 24/7 through telephone and email to meet the needs of our clients and potential clients. PHS is a locally-owned and operated organization that is fully licensed by the Nevada Division of Health. We have established relationships with various government agencies, workers' compensation and long-term care insurance companies, as well as many provider networks.

We offer competitively priced services and every new or potential client is evaluated by our professional staff, including input from the patient, family and physician. A comprehensive care plan is created and discussed with the patient and family representatives. Our approach to patient care planning promotes a strong relationship between our agency, the patient, and all parties involved. This approach has proven to be the most effective "roadmap" for success.
